Geir StensethGeir Stenseth, cand. jur. and dr. juris, University of Oslo, Norway. At present he is affiliated with the Faculty of Law in Oslo, Department of Private Law. He is member of the Natural Resources Research Group, and the Law, Society and Historical Change Research Group.
